Hi\u1ec3u r\u00f5 ngh\u0129a v\u1ee5 Thu\u1ebf GTGT \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u00e1n h\u00e0ng tr\u1ef1c tuy\u1ebfn<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Theo <a href=\"https:\/\/thuvienphapluat.vn\/van-ban\/EN\/Thue-Phi-Le-Phi\/Law-48-2024-QH15-on-Value-added-Tax\/637020\/tieng-anh.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lu\u1eadt Thu\u1ebf gi\u00e1 tr\u1ecb gia t\u0103ng<\/a>, t\u1ea5t c\u1ea3 c\u00e1c t\u1ed5 ch\u1ee9c, c\u00e1 nh\u00e2n kinh doanh t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam, bao g\u1ed3m c\u1ea3 h\u00ecnh th\u1ee9c qua s\u00e0n TM\u0110T, \u0111\u1ec1u ph\u1ea3i k\u00ea khai v\u00e0 n\u1ed9p thu\u1ebf GTGT.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi doanh nghi\u1ec7p trong n\u01b0\u1edbc, m\u1ee9c thu\u1ebf GTGT ph\u1ed5 bi\u1ebfn l\u00e0 10% tr\u00ean doanh thu, ngo\u1ea1i tr\u1eeb m\u1ed9t s\u1ed1 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a, d\u1ecbch v\u1ee5 h\u01b0\u1edfng thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t \u01b0u \u0111\u00e3i 0% ho\u1eb7c 5%. Doanh nghi\u1ec7p ph\u1ea3i xu\u1ea5t h\u00f3a \u0111\u01a1n \u0111i\u1ec7n t\u1eed cho t\u1eebng giao d\u1ecbch, bao g\u1ed3m c\u1ea3 \u0111\u01a1n h\u00e0ng tr\u1ef1c tuy\u1ebfn. \u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi c\u00e1c s\u00e0n TM\u0110T qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf, c\u01a1 quan thu\u1ebf y\u00eau c\u1ea7u \u0111\u0103ng k\u00fd v\u00e0 k\u00ea khai thu\u1ebf GTGT thay cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi b\u00e1n n\u01b0\u1edbc ngo\u00e0i khi ph\u00e1t sinh giao d\u1ecbch t\u1ea1i Vi\u1ec7t Nam.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Doanh nghi\u1ec7p TM\u0110T c\u0169ng c\u1ea7n l\u01b0u \u00fd: x\u00e1c \u0111\u1ecbnh \u0111\u1ecba \u0111i\u1ec3m ph\u00e1t sinh thu\u1ebf, th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m ghi nh\u1eadn doanh thu v\u00e0 ph\u01b0\u01a1ng ph\u00e1p kh\u1ea5u tr\u1eeb l\u00e0 nh\u1eefng y\u1ebfu t\u1ed1 quan tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ec3 k\u00ea khai ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c, tr\u00e1nh n\u1ed9p ch\u1eadm ho\u1eb7c sai l\u1ec7ch ngh\u0129a v\u1ee5. \u0110\u00e2y l\u00e0 l\u00fd do c\u00e1c c\u00f4ng ty TM\u0110T n\u00ean s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng t\u01b0 v\u1ea5n thu\u1ebf chuy\u00ean s\u00e2u v\u1ec1 GTGT \u0111\u1ec3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn v\u00e0 ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t r\u1ee7i ro. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>3. Qu\u1ea3n l\u00fd Thu\u1ebf nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u trong TM\u0110T xuy\u00ean bi\u00ean gi\u1edbi<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u0110\u1ed1i v\u1edbi doanh nghi\u1ec7p nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a \u0111\u1ec3 b\u00e1n tr\u1ef1c tuy\u1ebfn, thu\u1ebf nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u l\u00e0 ngh\u0129a v\u1ee5 t\u00e0i ch\u00ednh kh\u00f4ng th\u1ec3 thi\u1ebfu.
