OUR COMPREHENSIVE PAYROLL SERVICES PROCESS
➤ Prepare monthly Payroll, and the Labor, SHUI reports:
- Collect the necessary information to prepare monthly payroll, and send it to the Company for review and approval;
- Prepare salary payments to the Company’s employees (if required);
- Send the encrypted payslip to the Company’s employees;
- Prepare the payment for compulsory contributions to Authorities (if required);
- Register with the relevant government officers when any changes occur in employments;
- Register Health Insurance cards;
- Register dependent deductions for employees (if any);
- Implement for process of taking Social Insurance’s grant (for maternity leave, sick leave, etc..)
- Prepare and submit periodical reports of Labor (increasing/ decreasing) to Labor Department and Social Insurance Department;

PERSONAL INCOME TAX (PIT) RETURNS:
Quarterly/ Monthly
- Consult on necessary documents related to preparing PIT returns;

- Respond to any queries/ questions raised by the Company regarding the return;
- Support on submitting PIT returns to Tax system on behalf of the Company.
Annual
- Collect, review and check the documents provided by the Company;
- Prepare the Annual PIT returns (or PIT Finalization Returns) and send it to the Company for review and approval;
- Respond to any queries/ questions raised by the Company regarding the return;
- Support on submitting the Annual PIT returns to Tax system on behalf of the Company
